Located on 38.6 acres in Springboro, Ohio Gayston Corporation is a state of the art manufacturing facility built in 1986. The plant's 190,000 sq ft manufacturing area floor is finished with a gray epoxy to give it an easy to clean and attractive industrial look. In the front of the plant the 20,834 sq ft office area houses many of Gayston's salaried employees. On the east side of the building you will find Gayston's 14,000 sq ft warehouse where the shipping, recieving and storage functions of the business take place. Our 3,300 sq ft lab area is home to all of our in-house testing and inspection. Also on site at Gayston are a baseball field, the 3,000 sq ft CBW outlet store, and a pond.
